At Oshlun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware and tool purchases. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
